The process of creating with porcelain includes weeks of drying, firing, glazing, sanding and hand colouring. Each piece is fired up to approximately 1280°C in my electric kiln.
Creating forms from clay and transforming these into ceramic works for use is a slow and time-consuming process. This is the nature of working with clay; it is not a process that can be rushed as each piece is made with patience, precision and love.
Please be mindful of this when corresponding with me.
