I create my work from various types of high-fired porcelain that is manufactured and sourced in Australia. I utilise a combination of hand building and slip casting techniques to create my work. Each piece begins as a lump of wet clay or liquid clay slip and have been rolled, cast, textured, cut and carefully constructed to become the finished piece.

I fire my work in an electric kiln to approximately 1280°C. Firing to this high temperature creates non-porous pieces that are strong and durable. Most of my handmade wares are microwave and dishwasher safe. All glazes I apply to my pots that could come into contact with food are food safe.

A sample of my work can be viewed below or you can shop the range via my online store (subject to availability). Port Stephens Visitor Centre in Nelson Bay, NSW, Australia is the only bricks and mortar store worldwide where you can get your hands on my tableware.
